PROCEDURES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  1. Verification of the company name immediately upon submission of the application or
    \nbefore filing ;<\/li>\n
  2. Paying up share capital in an approved bank or institution
    \nof its choice;<\/li>\n
  3. Correct completion of the Single Form, which incorporates data from all the departments involved
    \nin the business creation process (National Economy, INSS, INPP, Ministry of the Environment, DGI, Commune).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    TIME AND COST<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    DEADLINE\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Three working days (maximum) from submission of the application, including proof of payment of the administrative fee.<\/p>\n

    COST<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a080 USD<\/strong> if the articles of association are to be notarised, or USD 70<\/strong>\u00a0if the articles of association are signed privately (to this cost, however, you must add\u00a040 $<\/strong>\u00a0levied on behalf of the municipality to obtain authorisation to open a business, even though this procedure is carried out after the business has been set up)\u00a0USD 40<\/strong> for Establishments.<\/p>\n

    1. The Notary's Office,<\/li>\n
    2. The Registry of the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register,<\/li>\n
    3. The Directorate of Taxes (DGI),<\/li>\n
    4. An Ordering Centre of the General Directorate of Administrative, State, Judicial and Shareholding Revenue (DGRAD),<\/li>\n
    5. Administration of the National Economy,<\/li>\n
    6. The National Social Security Institute,<\/li>\n
    7. The Environmental Administration,<\/li>\n
    8. The National Employment Office,<\/li>\n
    9. The National Institute for Professional Preparation (INPP),<\/li>\n
    10. General Labour Inspectorate ;<\/li>\n
    11. Representation of local authorities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      MINIMUM CAPITAL :<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. The minimum share capital requirement for setting up a limited liability company has been abolished, leaving the partners free to choose the type of business they wish to pursue;<\/li>\n
      2. Freedom to set the minimum capital of the limited liability company as you wish<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        REFORMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. Computerise and network all the services involved in the business start-up process and represented at the GUCE;<\/li>\n
        2. Introduce a system for electronically tracking business start-up applications online ;<\/li>\n
        3. Reduce the lead time from 3 to 2 working days;<\/li>\n
        4. Reduce the cost of setting up a business from USD 120 to USD 80 or from USD 110 to USD 70.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
